Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using ReachlyOS. It is part of our Terms of Service. We may update it to keep the Service safe and lawful.

1. General rules

You must use the Service lawfully, honestly and in a way that respects others. You are responsible for the content you submit and for the posts you publish using outputs from the Service.

2. Prohibited content

Do not submit, generate or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence or discrimination;
• is sexually exploitative, or endangers minors;
• is fraudulent, deceptive, or constitutes misinformation likely to cause harm;
• contains malware, or facilitates security breaches.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Spamming, mass unsolicited messaging, or artificial engagement manipulation;
• Impersonating any person or organisation, or misrepresenting your affiliation;
• Reselling or sublicensing the Service without our written permission;
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or circumventing usage limits or security;
• Overloading or interfering with the Service or its infrastructure;
• Using the Service to build a competing product, or to train competing AI models.

4. Responsible use of AI outputs

AI-generated outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and fact-checking outputs before publishing, for disclosing AI use where required, and for ensuring published content complies with the rules of each platform on which you post.

5. Third-party platform rules

When you publish to social networks and other platforms, you must comply with their terms and community guidelines. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take against your accounts.

6. Enforcement

If you violate this AUP, we may remove content, limit, suspend or terminate your access, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where appropriate and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
