Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for ReachlyOS subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

1. Billing

ReachlyOS is a subscription service billed in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose. There is no free trial; your subscription and access begin once payment is completed. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

2. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from your account settings, or by emailing info@reachlyos.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused part of a billing period unless required by law.

3. Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated here, payments are non-refundable. We may, at our discretion, grant a refund or credit in cases such as a duplicate charge, a clear billing error on our side, or a sustained failure of the Service that we are unable to resolve. To request a review, contact us within 14 days of the charge at info@reachlyos.com with your account email and the transaction reference.

4. EU/EEA consumers — right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. ReachlyOS provides digital content and services that start immediately. By subscribing and starting to use the Service, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that:

Where the right of withdrawal still applies and you exercise it in time, we will refund the amounts due without undue delay using the same payment method.

5. Price changes

If we change subscription prices, we will give reasonable advance notice. Changes apply from your next renewal; you may cancel before then if you do not accept the new price.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may lead to suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
